When do you draw the line and talk with a manager about poor customer service?
My husband purchased some pork chops on Saturday when I opened them on Sunday. OMG the smell was terrible! There was a “sell by date of 10/8” which he did purchase them on 10/8. There was no reduced price tag to indicate it was getting past its prime. I would have thought the meat shouldn’t have gone bad in one day
The look that was given to me at the Customer Service Desk was one that made me feel as if I stole the pork chops and returned them for money. Now, this young girl and I have had a few run in's (she never has a smile on her face) and anything you ask her to do…rainchecks, add gas points to my card, Catalina did not print, is met with disgust. Like HELLO…IS THAT NOT WHAT YOUR JOB IS? Any who, she asked if I had a receipt, said yes…and she did gave me my money back. But there was no sorry that happened, did you want to replace the meat, nope just took the receipt and gave me my money.
I hate to make a stink and say something to a manager. As everyone has a bad day or something going on in their lives. However, when do you draw the line and say enough is enough for poor customer service? (I guess I am not there yet with her).
