1 pound ground beef
1/2 of Sweet onion (chopped)

1/2 of a green pepper (chopped)
$1 for full pepper

1 15 oz can tomato sauce

2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
Dash of hot sauce

Step 1
In a large skillet saute your chopped pepper and onion with a tablespoon of olive oil, until translucent.
Step 2
While sauteing your vegetables
In a separate skillet cook up your ground beef over medium-high heat until meat is brown. Drain off the fat. (I don't like cooking my veggies in the fat from the beef)
Step 3
Add your vegetables to your beef. Stir in tomato sauce, the water, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and hot sauce.
Step 4
Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes. Server over bread or rolls.
