What's For Supper? My Version Of Shrimp Scampi

I had originally planned on Jumbo Meatballs however, I had that earlier in the weak.  I went to Wegmans today to check out the wonderful food sample stations and coupons when I was sold on some Organic Shrimp.

It was FANTASTIC the way it was cooked so I decided on a whim to buy it and make my version of Shrimp Scampi.  I made it last night and WOW it was good.

I hope you enjoy!

Olive Oil (not shown in picture)

Step 1
In a large pot bring to boil water to cook your pasta.  Once boiled add desired amount of salt and a teaspoon of oil.

Step 2
Remove Shell and Tail from Shrimp, rinse under cold water, then cut in half.

Step 3
Sprinkle about a teaspoon of Wegmans Pan Searing Flour over shrimp turning to coat them evenly.

Step 4
Start cooking your shrimp when your past is about 1/2 cooked.
Drizzle about 1 to 2 teaspoons of olive oil in medium sauce pan.  Heat on Medium.  Once you feel the heat coming off of the pan add your shrimp.  Cook until no longer translucent (turning once during cooking). Just takes a few minutes.

Step 5
Take Shrimp off of Burner and add 1 tablespoon of Finishing Butter to shrimp.  Let it melt stirring to coat the shrimp.

Step 6
Place your shrimp over your pasta drizzling the sauce from your pan over pasta.

Enjoy!
