What's For Supper - "Goulash"




















Easy Goulash - As low as $3.66

You can't get any easier than this!  This is another family favorite that we
all enjoy.  It also freezes very well should you have any leftovers.

Servings 4+

















Ingredients
1# Ground Beef $3.49 a pound @ Wegmans
= $3.07

2 Cups Elbow Macaroni
Ronzoni Purchase during summer at Tops when on Sale with a coupon
= FREE

Diced or Stewed Tomato's
Muir Glen Diced Tomatoes @ Wegmans $1.79
- $1 Muir Glen any flavor/variety product (Wegmans Natures Marketplace February Magazine) exp 5/1/12
= MY Cost.09¢ (there was an .85¢ coupon)

1/2 of Sweet onion (chopped)
$1 for full onion @ Wegmans
= .50¢


Tomato Sauce
Wegmans Pasta Sauce 24 oz jar .99¢
= FREE as I make my own from my garden YUM!!!


1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper


Step 1
In a large cooking pot boil your water add salt to taste to cook your Pasta.  Follow directions on your pasta box.

Step 2
Add about 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil to Large Skillet, add your onions, cook until tender then set aside.

Step 3
Using the same skillet pan, brown up your hamburger.  Once cooked add your onions, tomato's, tomato sauce, pasta, and pepper.  Stir all together and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve with Parmesan cheese, a side salad or bread!!!
