First Walgreen's offer Catalina coupons specific to their store called register rewards or RR for short. What are Catalina's? Catalina Category Marketing (CCM) rewards purchases of promoted products with "Catalina's" also known as "check-out coupons". These offer incentives good on your next shopping trip to the consumer.
Because Catalina's can most often be redeemed only at the store chain where they were awarded or printed, Catalina offers are posted under the specific store forums.
Walgreen's will advertise in their ad, in the store, on their website for their RR sales. You will need to purchase the required item, quantity, and/or size. So in this example you must purchase 3 of the listed items in order to receive the $6 RR.
Note: The Red box in the picture. It indicates there may be a coupon in the Sunday paper. So the best way to maximize your savings is to combine the sales with coupons. You can find some Walgreen coupons on coupon.com. They also offer coupons that are located (see below)

Now it is VERY IMPORTANT to know some RULES that apply when shopping.
1. There is a limit of one alike RR offer per transaction. So if you want to purchase more than one RR deal you have to do the orders separately.
2. You can not have the same coupon to item ratio. 3 product and 3 coupons - their system will not allow it, (IT WILL BEEP).
- You must have what we call a "filler" item. A filler item is an item in the store preferable that is the cheapest.
- So using our Dove sale 3 items for $18. You have 3 Dove manufacture coupons you will need a filler item, chocolate bar, gum, roll of toilet paper for example.
- Typically, in the add there will be an in store coupon for an item that will be the cheapest item in the store (see above in ad coupon example butter finger or mentos .39) BUT IS THAT NOT A COUPON? Continue to #3
4. You can not use the same Register Reward earned on a product to purchase more of the same product in order to earn another RR. Using the Dove example: 3/$18 receive $6 RR. You can't use the RR earned on Dove to purchase 3/$18 Dove items and receive another RR.
5. Register Rewards expire two weeks from date of issue.
So let's put all of what you have learned into a fictional Sunday shopping trip

Remember you can't have more MQ than items
